I use this app multiple times a day. Although the newest version is a visual upgrade, it is a downgrade in most other ways. I can no longer see the actual bus times, so if my bus is running late, I am stuck waiting in the cold and not knowing when to expect the bus. This was a feature I used very often in the last version. Also, it no longer allows you to see routes only a bit earlier or a bit later than what you searched. I have already missed this feature three times in a day. To top all of this off, I cant buy monthly ticket or a year subscription with it, which I will need soon as I am on a semester ticket at the moment and finishing my studies in two months. I want to go back to the old app!!

I like the new look but it isnt worth what was taken away. Please look in to putting those features back in or just update to the last version and come out with the new look when everything is back.

No use in updating. Theyre heading in the right direction with the revamped design but youll miss lots of useful tools. Download iFahrinfo instead, it has all the functions that they deleted here plus some improvements. This app right now is useless. For example you cant see the station maps anymore, those that told you where the hell the TXL bus departed from in Alex or in Zoo. You cant see walking maps anymore of how to get from the stop to your destination. You cant just quickly peek at the previous departure or the future departures, you cant check departures by stations as before in order to know when the bus would really arrive. Dont upgrade and/or go fir the other app, much more useful right now.

Wow, just wow, this app is bad. Almost as though theyre trying for a "Worst App Ever" prize. The list of faults and bugs is too long to list, but you have to wonder how this nonsense got through QA and then Apple.

I never write reviews but I felt justified for this app. Its perhaps the worst UI app Ive ever encountered. Ive had to create 3 different accounts because for each one the password gets reset somehow but of course the reset pw doesnt work. Also some wise person decided to enable fraud verification for visa for < 2 euro transactions which means I have to call my credit card company to verify my identity before purchasing a < 2 euro train ticket. This totally defeats the purpose of a mobile app conveniency. I decided to verify my identity to only be asked to verify it again a couple days later when using the app again. Ive then tried to add my bank account but get some "DTD are not supported by SOAP" error when tapping save. I give up! Advice: Berlin has a ton of talented software engineers. Use them! This app is a horrible representation of your agency and city. Also, please hire Quality Assurance people because the errors that are occurring are amateur level.

Ive tried several times to create an account so I can buy tickets and it constantly crashes.

Dear developers: Just because you have the ability to update an app doesnt mean you should. -- the update is bad. Now included in the station search are stations and stops that are far outside of Berlin. When searching for a station I dont want to see bus stops in Frankfurt Oder. HALLO! We need an option of customizing search. Personally I dont need bus stops ever --so they only take up space in the table view. I wouldnt be surprised if the developers never used their apps as there are many small annoying oversights a daily user would notice. Advice: keep the old version.

I found this app extremely useful to find suggested routes through the city. The interactive map is amazingly useful. However, the timing was unreliable. U just used their suggested routs, ignoring the useless precision to which the app claims the Berlin transport system follows (all the buses were late anyway and even the trams were off time a bit as compared to the app). Overall, it was an invaluable aid to our visit through the city.

Was recommended by my Hotel Velvet Receptionist & was she correct. App shows (in English) when next train, tram, bus, or underground is coming. How to walk to pick up point (on their built in map) from current location. What connections are (if you expand view). Direction your transport needs to be going (very important!) ie bus or trains final destination. And if expanded how many stops along the way. CAUTION: you do have to know the destination stations name your going TO, You cant just use street address with #.___ However you can usually find that location in another maps app & they should display nearest destination station(s). Otherwise great app.

I tried to create a new account to be able to use this app, it will complete the process but once it finishes it says the password is wrong. Despite copy/pasting it exactly as it was first written. Then when you try to reset the PW the email link to reset it gives the same error, account not found/invalid. Useless app.

I use this app to buy tickets since the machines wont take USA credit cards. But you cant register if you dont have an address in Europe. Please add other countries. Also it would be nice if the ticket could be added to the wallet on iPhone. Its embarrassing how long it takes to get the ticket to display if you are asked for it by an inspector.
