Just horrible!

I never write reviews but I felt justified for this app. Its perhaps the worst UI app Ive ever encountered. Ive had to create 3 different accounts because for each one the password gets reset somehow but of course the reset pw doesnt work. Also some wise person decided to enable fraud verification for visa for < 2 euro transactions which means I have to call my credit card company to verify my identity before purchasing a < 2 euro train ticket. This totally defeats the purpose of a mobile app conveniency. I decided to verify my identity to only be asked to verify it again a couple days later when using the app again. Ive then tried to add my bank account but get some "DTD are not supported by SOAP" error when tapping save. I give up!

Advice: Berlin has a ton of talented software engineers. Use them! This app is a horrible representation of your agency and city. Also, please hire Quality Assurance people because the errors that are occurring are amateur level.
